We are a small, friendly, family run company registered with the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Beziers & Saint Pons (No. SIRET50757614800013) and based in Herault in the Languedoc.  We have a UK Bank which means you can pay for our services in sterling by cheque or bank transfer to our UK bank.  Therefore there is no need for you to incur the heavy costs of transferring money into a Euro account.

We are a professional company living and working in the area, specialising in the management and maintenance of Villas and holiday homes.

We provide a full service, whether you rent your property for commercial use, or just enjoy as a holiday home for yourselves and friends and family.

We undertake any task, and if we cannot provide the service then we “know someone who can”.  We will oversee your project from start to finish, sending you regular photographs and reports of the progress.
