Unlike all the other villa rental web sites Holiday Villa Renters uniquely offers two ways for Private Owners to advertise their property.  You will discover that our rates are the most competitive and offer great value for money.  In both our packages you can include 12 pictures and up to 1000 words describing your property.

The choice is yours:-

Option 1 - We handle your enquiries

Place your property with us for FREE and we will handle all enquiries for your property saving you time and money.  Liaising with you throughout, we will process your bookings, forward deposit and balance payments, control payments (including handling Security Bonds) and send final instructions to your renter.  Six weeks prior to the date of arrival we send you by cheque or bank transfer the balance owing less a 10% handling fee.

All we ask is that you keep us informed of other bookings you have taken or dates that you will be using the villa so that we can keep your availability calendar up to date and accurate. We ask for an exchange of mobile telephone numbers so that we can text to double check your availability immediately an enquiry comes in, as a potential booking can be lost overnight if they do not receive a quick response.

Option 2 - Pay to Advertise – by the month

If you choose this option your contact details (name, address, telephone number(s)) will be shown on your page, together with an enquiry form that will go directly to your e mail address or a link to your own site.  The client deals directly with you we have no involvement at all.  You will be able to access your own page with your own individual log in and password to make amendments to your property description, pictures, prices and your availability calendar.  Unlike some other companies we do not charge a set fee.

It doesn’t stop there you have you only pay per month, and, even better - we offer discounts for longer bookings.

Three consecutive months - £32
Six consecutive months - £59
Nine consecutive months - £79
Yearly - £99 per annum

We offer further discounts for more than one villa advertised.

Agents

We offer extremely competitive rates to advertise your properties and can link to the properties availability calendar or directly to your site.
